About WODA Ghana
The Women of Dignity Alliance, which originated from a Theatre for a Change Ghana project in 2012, empowered women in Accra’s Old Fadama, Railways, and Jamestown communities through theatre and radio performances, addressing sexual and reproductive health, gender rights, access to justice, income generation, and advocacy

Our Objectives
WODA will focus on achieving this 3 key objectives
These objectives build on our strength and weaknesses and our analysis of the current opportunities and threats to our organisation and our members.
a. WODA will strengthen its capacity to be a well-managed, well-resourced organisation led by and for vulnerable women.
b. WODA will expand its comprehensive programme by supporting vulnerable women and sexually exploited girls within Accra and in new regions.
c. WODA will empower its members to positively change negative attitudes towards vulnerable women from community members, power holders and policy makers.
